1. We will inspect all goods carefully before deliver it, thus goods sold are not refundable.
2. Pictures shown are taken by professional photographer with lighting by specialist for the display purposes. Kindly take note on this as we do not responsible for the color deviation of the product and quality and etc.
3. Cancellation of order after payment is only entitled to 50% amount return, provided that the goods is not delivered out yet.
4. Customer is entitled to exchange the Goods within 7days of the item received should the size couldn't fit, provided that the goods are in good condition and clean.
5. Exchange can be done either by deliver it back to us (postage fully bear by buyers) or go to our promotion area which will be taken place every Saturday and Sunday (will update it on our FB wall and blogspot every week on the area).
